Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging with all NIU tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package off at any authorized shipping location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
